The 3 Step Process
Our easy 3 steps to using HiGo
1. Find your insurance provider
Once you log in, simply select your medical insurance provider from our extensive list.

What if I don't have a provider?
Don’t worry! We also have a list composed of the top medical providers so you can see exactly which services each offers and find your fit.
2. Select the service you need
What services are offered?
HiGo will display all the services that the medical insurance provider selected in step 1 covers.
I can't find my service!
If you can’t find your service, it is probably because your insurance provider doesn’t cover it. However, it is also possible that the service isn’t in our system yet. If that’s the case, please contact us so we can add it as soon as possible!
3. Choose your location
HiGo uses your location to highlight both a list view and map view of all the services covered by your provider. You can also search by city or zip code to view places you are thinking about traveling to.
